This is about  the Storm Damage that occured on April 9th 2011

Information on how to proceed with the storm damage of your vehicle from the April 9th storm.

We will be more than happy to help anyone with any questions you may have. In order to expedite your repair process, you will first want to contact your insurance company and get the claims process started.

We recommend that you always use reputable and local companies

Your agent may ask you to take your vehicle to a designated estimating center that the insurance company has set up to process large numbers of vehicles.  You may, as an alternative, leave your vehicle with us and have us go over the vehicle with your insurance adjuster.

After receiving your initial insurance estimate, don’t be too concerned with the amount stated.  A complete and thorough estimate cannot take place  until we put your vehicle under our special lighting system and completely disassemble the parts on your vehicle that need replaced.

Remember, we work for you, not the insurance company.  Therefore, we will always have your best interests at heart.  Because of our reputation in the business, we have developed rapport with nearly all insurance companies. No job is too big for us.

We ask that you be patient.  We know this is a terrible inconvenience to you.  However, we are always concerned about quality not quantity.  Once we start on your vehicle, we will have it looking like new in no time.

You may notice that other paintless dent repair companies have descended on Rock Hill, SC from all over the country.  They may be operating out of other autobody repair shops or they may have set up their own makeshift repair areas.  These individuals are known in the business as “Hail Chasers.” We encourage you to be wary of these repair people.  They have one goal in mind: Make as much money as possible before moving on to another disaster area.  More likely than not, you will never see them again.  Their customers will have no one to turn to when a warranty or quality issue arises.

like Dents and Dings.  Vehicles that suffered extensive damage where paintless dent repair is not feasible, we have our professional crews set up at the following body shops:
